Slimming Suggestion Excercise

Swimming, walking (with ankle and wrists weights) and light stretching for 30 minutes three times a week.

Yoga or circuit weight training with light weight for 30 minutes three times a week.

Suggested Diet Plan

A high protein of mediterranean diet consist of fish, a low carbohydrate intake of rice and steamed vegetables preferably organic and limited alcohol consumption is preferred. It is highly recommended to drink at least two liters of purified water daily.
